ファンモーターの風向きが同一で回転方向を逆にしたファンを組み合わせることで、コンプレッサーのように空気を圧縮する構造となり、風量特性が大幅に改善されます。
機種により標準品の組み合わせで二重反転ファンが実現します。

現象　-- Phenomenon --

近年、ファンモーターが設置される環境は高効率、高性能、コンパクトなインバータなどの高周波装置又は高周波発生装置が多くなり、電源ラインからくる直接的な高周波リップルや空中を伝播する高周波ノイズの影響を受けます。
このため、ファンモーターの軸受であるボールベアリング内部のボール転がり面に電流が流れ、内輪や外輪に波状磨耗痕が発生する場合があります。
このような症状は、電気車両に設置した場合にも発生する事があり、早くて3ヶ月長くても1.5年ぐらいで発生する事例があり、症状としては音響寿命（高音の異音）になります。そのまま運転した場合には軸受の自己発熱が上昇し、早期グリース寿命に至ります。
ファンモーターの電源に、インバータなどの高周波スイッチングを行う電源を使用した場合、周波数変調の周波数にもよりますが電食に至る可能性が高くなります。

※上記は経験的な事例を挙げておりますので必ず発生するものではありません。

In recent years, the environment in which fan motors are installed has increased in number of high-frequency devices such as high-efficiency, high-performance, compact inverters or high-frequency generators, and is affected by direct high-frequency ripple coming from the power supply line and high-frequency noise propagating in the air.
For this reason, current may flow on the ball rolling surface inside the ball bearing, which is the bearing of the fan motor, and wavy wear marks may occur on the inner and outer rings.
Such a symptom may occur even when installed in an electric vehicle, and there are cases where it occurs in 3 months at the earliest and 1.5 years at the longest, and the symptom is the acoustic life (High-pitched noise). If it is operated as it is, the self-heating of the bearing will increase and the grease life will be shortened.
If a power supply that performs high-frequency switching such as an inverter is used as the power supply for the fan motor, there is a high possibility that electrolytic corrosion will occur, depending on the frequency of frequency modulation.

軸受のボールベアリングが標準と異なり、内部のボールは絶縁材質であるセラミックを使用しております。尚、ファンモーターの外観、性能、機能、仕様は標準品と同じです。
電食が発生する環境に、この対策型を投入し、フィールド実績をもとに評価しております。但し、いかなる環境でも耐電食性を保証するものではありませんので、ご使用前に十分なご確認・ご検証をお願い致します。

The ball bearing of the bearing is different from the standard, and the inner ball uses ceramic which is an insulating material. The appearance, performance, functions, and specifications of the fan motor are the same as the standard product.
We have introduced this countermeasure type to the environment where electrolytic corrosion occurs and evaluate it based on the field results. However, we do not guarantee electrolytic corrosion resistance in any environment, so please check and verify it thoroughly before use.
